Next Day DHL Delivery (UK addresses only) – If your order includes a LIVE kit, it will be dispatched on your selected send-out date. Please note that this service does not include weekend deliveries.
All non-live orders leave our offices within 1-3 working days unless the item(s) are out of stock, or if your order includes a Live product with a chosen send-out date of 3 weeks or less away (in which case we will dispatch all goods, live and non-live, on the requested send out date).
Once your order is dispatched, standard delivery time for the UK is approximately 1- 4 working days, depending on your location. Please allow 10 days for orders outside of the UK. A Next Working Day option is available for UK delivery only (excludes weekends).
