All non-live orders leave our offices within 1-3 working days unless the item(s) are out of stock, or if your order includes a Live product with a chosen send-out date of 3 weeks or less away (in which case we will dispatch all goods, live and non-live, on the requested send out date).
Once your order is dispatched, standard delivery time for the UK is approximately 1- 4 working days, depending on your location. Please allow 10 days for orders outside of the UK. A Next Working Day option is available for UK delivery only (excludes weekends).

"So pleased with this! I bought it for my son as a birthday present because he loves bugs. But it has brought so much joy to our whole family watching the caterpillars grow and turn into chrysalides and then finally butterflies! My children enjoyed coming down each morning and seeing that a new butterfly had emerged. "We received 5 little caterpillars and me and my two boys enjoyed watching them grow and slowly turn into their chrysalis. Two had fallen to the bottom but I reattached them to the lid with a bit of leftover webbing they had made. A few days later we had five beautiful painted lady butterflies. We gave them a final feed and enjoyed watching them flying away across the trees and rooftops once they'd gotten their bearings to being outside. Was a wonderful experience for my children to see the wonder of nature within the confines of their own home. My children have always grown up knowing a respect for the natural world is so important so it was lovely to see my three year old being so gentle with them and watching them fly away to finish their cycle. They had them at his nursrey but unfortunately the hatching/coming out of the cocoon coincided with the school holidays so he missed the process so this was lovely for him to observe.
