"Fantastic experience as usual even though my children are older now we still enjoy watching the caterpillars change and releasing them into our garden in hopes we see more nature in the garden. Hi there! I’m just wondering about next year’s order. I’m a Reception teacher and our topic for this half term has been all about spring. The children have loved watching the caterpillars grow and they were delivered on 6th March, but they did not pupate before the start of the Easter holidays (today). I’m looking ahead to next year to see if I can order the caterpillars any earlier so that the children can hopefully see them pupate before the Easter break. I know they are only available between March and September, but will I be able to preorder caterpillars to be dispatched or delivered on 1st March 2027? Sorry for the long question! Thank you in advance.: Hello Hannah, Because Easter was so early this year, we were advising people to order after Easter this year. Apologies, if you did not receive this message! With Easter being even earlier this year, even if you order for our first dispatch you will still not have enough time as the process can take 5 weeks in March! We would advise next year, doing the project after the Easter Holidays.
